georgiecoffey55 @shopper411411 Oh U R So Funny!! I tore the meniscus in my knee the same year my oldest sister passed away. You know it got better after Ice Elevation & Rest for 3 months. Then I used to carry (4 gallons at a time) -drinking water up these 17 stairs as I live on second story and it blew my knee out again -the dr.s told me no more stairs but to walk 30 minutes a day. But I had to go up & down the stairs to walk

georgiecoffey55 So surgeon they sent me to said knee replacement- I said NO. So I stayed in my home for 6 months and basically stopped eating cause I couldn’t shop. Very depressed &lost 19 lbs. now I am between sizes and all my pants fall down😇😲

georgiecoffey55 But I never got surgery or fake big plastic knee.- so I need to get some exercise to build muscles back up in my legs - but at least no surgery- I don’t believe in that anyway👍

shopper411411 @georgiecoffey55 Wow, I was getting steroid injection on my back. That's what caused my weight gain. I'm working on taking that off, but that's not easy.

georgiecoffey55 @shopper411411 steroid will blow you up like a tomato! My co worker went from 120 to I didn’t ask how much weight she gained - she was round as she was tall tho. A year later she still looked the same. They tried to give me steroids for meniscus but I told them no way!! You poor girl!! It changes your metabolism - don’t think it has anything to do with your diet or exercise - slows everything down🥲🥲🥲🥲😅😅😅😅😅😅🎅
