Size L Forever XXI Black sequined halter vest with tie back

Size L Forever 21 Black sequined vest. Made from 100% polyester. Pockets are functional but a bit shallow. The vest is a halter style and has buttons at the neck (see photos) as well as two ribbon ties in the back for a more customized fit. A fun accessory for parties or costumes. No pilling or snags.
