Soft fabric, stretchy. Swing style at the bottom, slightly flares. Rhinestone polka dots, missing 2 jewels, see pic. Feels lined all over with same fabric, like its double layered, so its a medium weight fabric. A little discoloration by shoulder from just hanging in closet.
