Purchased from Mercari. I haven’t worn it since purchasing it from the prior owner. Good condition. Has pockets and belt loops. Minor imperfections in the 3rd and 4th to last pictures. To me it looks like there may be mild fading/transfer of one of the red stripes near the top of the skirt (see last 2 pictures).
