These are RARE ONE OF A KIND!! These are a sample prototype We The People pants from July 2002. Free People launched in fall of 2002. I don’t believe these were put into production. I couldn’t find any photos of these pants online. There’s no size tag but my best guess is these are a size 4. Yellow and tan cropped wide leg pants. Cargo pocket. Embroidery on front and back.
