Back then, many top European designers had exclusive licenses with high end department stores there to sell handkerchiefs, a staple in every Japanese woman’s hand bag. This one is in perfect condition; no stains, holes or other flaws. Normally handkerchiefs from Japan measure 18”- 19” square but this one is a bit larger at 22” x 22”.
