Vintage Jill Richards Womens Draped Ruffled Knee Length Dress size 8 Black bow

In great pre-owned condition with some signs of wear and a few snags. Zips 2/3 Long sleeve not sure of material but it feels like a stretchy knit. the hems and seams don't have stretch. Has a bow, and 2 long cuts of fabric attached to the neckline. They can be styled many ways. in the front, behind the neck, and on the shoulders. One side has 2 snags in it I hissing part of the hook and loop closure with the zipper. Zipper works good Round neckline has a slight hole in the seam on the inner lining of the shoulder Is lined. Length 40 Pit to pit 16.5 Size 8
