Kate Spade Tula Bow Flats in Red and Black - Size 9.5

Red patent leather Kate Spade round-toe flats with midnight black bow accents and gold-tone pyramid stud embellishments. Size 9.5. A few little scuffs as shown in pictures. I’m thinking these might be a little wide, so please look at picture showing measurement.
