NWT Vintage Jessica McClintock Millennium 2000 Y2K Velvet Strapless Gown Dress

Brand new with tags! Beautiful minimalist velvet dress direct from Y2K. Strapless with bust boning. Fitted bodice and full floor length maxi skirt with petticoat netting underneath. It still has its original tags attached, purchased from Kaufmann's. Along with the tags is a still-sealed sample of Jessica McClintock's perfume. The brand of the dress is sister brand Scott McClintock Petities, but the hang tag says Jessica McClintock. This would be beautiful for a winter formal!
