Chrysanthemum Wrap Skirt - Blue green and lavender 1970s 1980s vintage retro

There are no tags inside other than someone’s name ironed onto it (C. Sulzner). It’s a really pretty cornflower blue color with sage green leaves and gray and lavender flowers. I think they’re chrysanthemums, or some kind of mum. Very lightweight feeling rayon fabric a-line. It has hooks on the waistband so you can adjust it since it’s a wrap skirt. Current hooks are set at 28 inches and 30 inches, but you could always remove them to make it smaller (or there’s another inch or so to go larger). 24.5” long. It might be homemade, not sure. If it is it’s very well done. This feels like something my mom would’ve worn in the 70s or 80s. I love the color. Worn it a few times and it’s time to pass it on to someone new.
