Professionally cleaned once. I am 5'6" and usually wear a L/XL size 12 ish for fit reference. Smaller bust and this dress fit great sans bra. The delicate glittery overlay is a bit long. When inspected hem shows small signs of wear but unnoticeable when wearing. I wore this with 3" heels and did okay. Glitter did shed but not terrible (should be better post cleaning). Lots of compliments on this dress and it stood up to an intense night of dancing.
