Softest corduroy pants by Anthropologie. Extremely soft, very well kept, clean, no defects. Zipper and button works! From hip measurement: 32” From inseam: 25” Waist: 14” Stretchy pant, very comfortable. Could be an ankle crop boot flare for someone tall like me or fit someone shorter all the way to ankles.
