Marina Dress

Pre-loved Marina wrap dress. Size 10 with stretch. Color is black. Ruched short sleeves. Faux silk ruffle accent around the neck and down the front. True wrap dress with tie that goes through a hole at the side and wraps around the back, tying at the side. From what I understand, there was a brooch that was where it ties, but it is no longer there and the stitching is loose where it was (flaw pictured).
