This pair is a size S and when I measure them, I get slightly smaller measurements than the size info chart says they should be. Measurements are circumference, and they stretch a couple of inches. Waist 27" Stretches to 29" or 30" Hips 32" Stretches to 38" or 39" Thigh 19" Stretches to 22" Front rise 11.5" Inseam 29.5" Length from top of waist to hem 40" NOTE: One review I saw said that they run small and will not fit a bubble butt.
