Overall good condition. a little scuffing on tie area. Soles have minimal wear. A little leather oil will make these babies look brand new! I live in the South now, so I have no need for them these days. Excellent pair of boots for the upcoming cold winter days! Stuffed the inside with paper to keep boots sturdy while being stored.
