This hat is soooo cute! I got it from an Etsy seller who makes these gorgeous hats. The hat is white with a pretty big rim. She has a small black ribbon that cascades into a big bow in the back! There is a big red flower on the side with the cutest gold Mockingjay-esque pin. The front has a black lace-y cover. It's seriously super cute. I have three from the same seller, that's how much I love her hats. 22 inch circumference.
