azalaya618 @nnancyi they are new never worn as you see the tags on them . that's what I paid. I never lost any more weight. I purchased size bigger at first because I had been dieting. I love them so much because they Kept their shape and very flattering on the body and it's nice boot cut. Looks really good with the pair of heels as well. Fabric is a nice weight . . Solid black. If you have worn any of the WHBM pants you know they do make them very well that's why they're expensive. Does this help?
