These boots are adorable with skirts and skinny jeans. They have a zipper on the inside and then they tie above the knee to keep it up. There is a small scuff that I have pictured but other than that they aren’t really work down at all. They have been worn one time and they are comfortable. The heel is probably about an inch high so it’s not super noticeable
