Fully lined. Shoulder pads. Front button down closure. Hand pockets. Drawstring at cuffs for ballooned effect. Velvet panel on shoulders and upper back. Made by Thunder Bay. Labelled size 16 but may fit up to Medium best. Can be worn oversized(see measurements). Model is 5’9, US 4. 75%wool/20%nylon/5%other fibers. Lining:100%polyester. Approx 44in length, 29in base of item collar to cuff, 23in pit to pit. 24in width at hips.
