Preowned Great condition! This dress has been steamed however if purchased may need to be steamed again before event. I gave it a good once over to make sure their were no stains of any kind and I did not see any. The bottom of the dress is in good condition, no signs of any dragging on the ground or rips or tears. Dessy Collection Style No 3021 A2 Chelsea Grey is the color Size 10 R I did place a screenshot in the photos of the measurements from the manufacturer website. This dress has been hemmed and these measurements are not shown in the photos but from under the armpit down to the base of the dress laying flat- measurements are approx 46-47”
