Blue/Green Lace Special Occasion Dress

Beautiful sleeveless lace blue/green dress. The detail here is immaculate with scalloped edges around the shoulder and at the bottom of the dress. 3/4 Zipper at back. Polyblend underlining skirt. The dress is long. Measuring 30in from the top of the waist to the hem. The label reads size medium but, I'm sure the dress runs small. I'd say closer to size 2 or 4. The waist measures approx 28.5 in.
