Waist measures 15” laying flat and 30” around with tape.
Hips measure 20” laying flat. My hips are 43” and I will upload a video with the dress on myself.
Arm pit to arm pit across back is 17.5”, my bust is 38” for reference in the video
Arm pit to hemline is 25” then another 3” of feathers
