Size tag indicates a size 10 but this is sizing from many years ago and it is different. I measured 25” almost 26” at high waist, this skirt will fall high at your ribs. I wear size 28 pants. I am 5’4”, as you can see length on me in photos. Marking as a size XS 26”at ribs. Total length of skirt is 39.5”. No fabric content tag, but feels like it may be a wool/linen blend.
