*Please read description & view photos* Good Used Condition Pyne & Smith No. 11 dress 100% linen peacock blue sz Small ptp: 18.5 inches dress is a catch & release for me. I am not first owner but I never wore this one. prior owner indicated fraying at neckline on back of dress (see photo) & no waist tie. Note this model does have loops for a waist tie. Does not take away from functionality of dress. on seam pockets & functional buttons.
