Organic Cotton/Bamboo/Spandex Blend Blue Long Sleeve Pullover Tunic Dress

I believe this can be worn as a mini dress or as a tunic shirt with leggings or pants, for example. Could be paired with a belt I think as well. Pullover construction. Has dropped shoulders, and is long sleeve. Round neckline. Dress is loose fitting/flowy. Material is organic cotton, bamboo, and spandex. Stretchy. Please see all photos for details and measurements. The size tag is gone, so I guessed on the size. Please ask any other questions you may have. Slight snags in the stitching towards the collar as shown in photos. Otherwise no other signs of wear such as pilling or holes. Comfortable and elegant design.
