tokihammer What are the waist and length measurements lying flat? Does the waist have stretch to it?

samantharidley @tokihammer hi there! I have added pictures of the measurements, the waist is 10 1/2" and the length falls between 16"-18" (flowy and layered a bit longer in the back) this has a little less stretch than their usual skirts with 10% Elastane vs. most I've owned had 20%, but still comfortable and a bit of strech 😊
