Vintage Alfred Shaheen Dress 1970's size 16. Underarm to underarm 21", waist 21", sleeve length 23" from shoulder with cuff 4 1/2 ". Bottom width of dress is 26" and length is 43". The belt is 58" for fabric with tassels. Dress is lined. Have shown styled with mustard/brown shoes and can change the look with a brown leather belt. Bought this dress at a vintage store to wear to a wedding. Worn once.
