@steveirwin7777 hi! I'm glad you love the wallet. I don't think the zipper has been replaced. I bought the wallet pre loved so not 100 percent certain. It would be cheaper for you to buy a new chain on Amazon than to pay the shipping to send that one. A pack of 4 is only 7.00
