WHBM Black Satin Strapless Lined Tiered Ruffle Mini Dress, Size 8, EUC The dress is made of a solid shiny black satin material with a silky-smooth interior lining. Asymmetrical tier ruffling below the waist, and asymmetric pleating on the top. Side zip closure with hook-and-eye. There are loops for putting straps and will be included (shown in plastic bag - they are spaghetti strap style)! Made for a stunning silhouette fit, perfect for a cruise or formal event, like a black-tie wedding. Approximate measurements: 28.5" long in the back/31.5" long in the front 15" across at the waist 16" across from armpit to armpit (Pictures with tape measure were taken with dress flipped inside out) Dress was worn only one time, and still in great condition with no obvious signs of wear.
