EUC including the inside (2 small white marks inside). Great bag for work (laptop), for the pool/beach/travel or travel as it lays out fairly flat (no trolley sleeve though). No damage on external corners and handles. Clean on the inside of bag. Saying good bye to my 1st ever Tory to make room for more. No dustbag.
