This smashing top will make those black pants or skirt look fab. The big polka dots have a woven mesh between the dots, large black buttons down the front and a stand up collar look designer chic. The sleeves are 3/4 length. Tags have been clipped from the neck but I believe it is an XL. The bust measurement across is 20 inches and collar to bottom hem is 25 inches.
