Smocked Tiered Full skirt Floral Dress

Entire bodice is smocked. Very full and flowy tiered skirt. Dark peach/orange background with off white floral print. Has a snag on third tier, left front. Not super noticeable with how flowy the skirt is. When it was in my closet, I stored it on a skirt hanger by the waist when it was hanging. Can fit an xs. Measurements unstretched Pit-to-pit: approx 14 inches Waist: approx 13.5 inches Length: approx 45 inches
