Sterling Silver and 18kt Gold Pavé Heart Locket

Sterling silver and 18kt gold Judith Ripka-style heart locket with triple-strand sterling silver chain. Stamped 925 and 750 on the bail of the pendant. Also has a script S maker's mark that I haven't been able to identify. Middle of the heart is covered in crystals—or could be cubic zirconia or diamonds, I don't know TBH.
