Up for sale is brand-new with tags gorgeous women's dress by CeCe in lemon-yellow colour featuring scalloped hem, quite a low neckline, puffed sleeves and pleated waist with a stretchy part on the back, button closure - unfortunately one of the buttons is missing, there's no spare one. It's 100% cotton, both shell and lining, so it's very breathable. Comes in size 4 but fits more like 8. Approximate measurements are 30-31" waist (stretch on the back!), 34" pit to pit, 37" total length shoulder to hem, 16" shoulder to waist, 3 1/2" shoulder, 10" sleeve length and 6 1/2" sleeve width. $149 MSRP.
