1974 Monopoly game. Partially sealed. Overall good condition

Parker Brothers monopoly game. The money, Community chest cards, hotels, houses and game pieces are sealed. The chance cards are open and slightly bent and the property cards are partially open. Overall good condition for a 50 year old game. The board looks a little faded but not bad. The box is also a little warped and has some fading. If you have any questions let me know.
