coloredpencils3 @livrainoff Hello! The measurement from the waist to the bottom of the hem is 37" The waist across measures 14.5" keeping in mind the waist is elastic and stretchy. The neckl opening is 14" which can be worn off one shoulder. The edging around the sleeves and bottom of dress are referred to as a lettuce edge. I hope this helps. (I didn't measure from the shoulder or neck to the bottom because the top allows for you to adjust to off shoulder or wearing squarely from shoulder to shoulder)

coloredpencils3 @j_hannah The manufacturer says it runs bigger and to size "up" for the off the shoulder look. For reference I'm 5'9.5 150lbs and waist 30" and it fit me perfectly. This dress is very forgiving because of the material being stretchy but holds its shape and drapes nicely and it has an elastic waist. I hope this helps! Thank you for your interest!
