Gryffindor dress and cape from Taylor Joelle. Size is a 14 years can fit from 10-14 imo. No idea if it came with the tie, it was the first licensed set they made. Worn probably 3 times!! Exceptional quality. Cold wash and hung dry. Cape is a separate garment that fastens at the neck.
