Monteau Red Polka Dot Blouse. It is a size medium and has never been worn before; however, the tags have been removed. While it does have a bow in the front, it doesn't tighten. There is an elastic waist portion in the back, as seen in the photos. I have included pictures of the measurements; the blouse comes from a smoke-free home. It appears not to have any flaws, including snags, peeling, discoloration, or staining.
