Embroidery has a few little strings that could be poked back in as pictured.  Jacket released for the 1998 World Cup in France when the hosts won the competition for the first time in their history, beating Brazil 3-0 in the final with a brace from Zinedine Zidane before the win was sealed in added time with Emmanuel Petit scoring the final goal for France.
