kidphoenix Hi wendy, i'm very new to poshmark and noticed that you're an ambassador so assumed you might be able to help me understand something better. I ordered something for someone recently but after i noticed that they hadnt listed anything for sale since 2023 in July but after the sale went through it said that they were active that day. does it automatically say that if a sale goes through or does that actually mean they're still active and that what I ordered will most likely get shipped?

wendydavis91 @kidphoenix Hi! and welcome to Posh! I'm pretty sure that if they said they were active after you purchased it's because they probably received a notification to their phone saying they made a sale. So they probably actually were checking to see what they sold! So yes they were physically on their page! I would however send them a quick message and see if they recieved your order! And you will also get a notification when they ship your item within the next three days!

wendydavis91 If you don't get that notification you will receive one from Posh saying that they reminded the seller to ship your item! At that point if you recieve that message then they probably are not going to send it to you and I would request to cancel your purchase! I would also make a complaint to posh about their closet being inactive!

wendydavis91 I'm sorry that that happened to you and it can be frustrating but most Poshers on here keep their closets active and will communicate with you within a day! kidphoenix @wendydavis91 One more question for now, if someone was last active on a date is there a way to tell that date was from this year or a year before? for example if someone was active last on november 28th this year would it say last active: Nov. 28th or would it say Last active: 5 days ago? Also i keep using comments to ask questions because i have no idea how to pm someone on poshmark
