Red hot 90’s off the shoulder mini dress

From a brand called “fashion magazine” this off the shoulder mini dress is a bright cherry red color. It’s marked a size small but is also super stretchy and could also fit a medium (I’m a medium 29” waist and it fit but is very form fitting). It does have two very small stains please check the photos.
