BRAND NEW Express black heels with ankle strap size 7.5

These heels are brand new with tag but there is a defect unfortunately. The little prong that holds the strap in place on the buckle is missing from one of the shoes. I’m not sure how easy or difficult it is to fix it but I just haven’t had the time to figure it out personally. I am letting them go below the original price but they are still in brand new condition. Always open to offers.
