What excites me about this find? This top is the most beautiful shade of jewel tone sapphire blue. I have seen this color on women of all skintones and eye color and it is always gorgeous. Its an attention getting eye catching top. This top is new with tags and is an extra small, I unfortunately am not extra small. WHBM is usually a little oversized, I have included some measurements.
