Vintage metal double ring T hand towel holder functional bath decor

Vintage T double ring hand towel holder stand. I also used it as a hat stand with the rings rotated in the up position. Exact material and brand not indicated. It has a gold brass tone and is metal of some kind; durable with a decent weight. Approximately: 4.75” base width x 12” T each ring about 4.5” W
