Joseph Ribkoff Black 3/4 sleeve tiered Bolero jacket. This is a lovely,lightweight Bolero type jacket with 3/4 sleeves, ideal to wear with a dress or a classy pair of pants. The front of the jacket has a tier like design giving it an added wow feature and it drapes nicely on the figure.
