Brand new quad roller skates! Painted labels on wheels were slightly worn off of wheels when I got them (see pictures) Womens Size 8 Blue / turquoise / aqua / mint boot and wheels with white laces and black sole (I normally wear size 8.5 street shoes. My foot is 9.5" from heel to big toe, and these were just barely too small. My toes touched the front of the skate with my thinnest socks. Probably perfect for someone with just slightly smaller feet in the size 7.5 to 8 range!)
