Vintage Harveys black seatbelt bag backpack - rare! This is a super cute and unique bag and very useful. Around 10” wide by 12” high by 4” deep. Has an inside pocket. Inside pocket zipper is broken, some wear on one corner, and minor discoloration on the inside of the inside pocket due to carrying makeup (no one could ever see it since it is in the inside bottom of the inside pocket!).
