Vintage Sheer Dot Dress💙

Beautiful vintage sheer dress 💙 Only worn a few times, there is a small stain (pictured) not noticeable when on because it’s on the inside of a fold. The waist does stretch a little! There’s teeny shoulder pads at the edges of the shoulders :-) Pit to Pit: 18” (36 around) L: (shoulder to bottom) 41” Waist: 32” but has an elastic that can stretch a little over 2 extra inches
