What condition are these in? As pictured or washed dried?

@abby1234 hi! I’m sure they’ve been washed because bought them on posh. But I haven’t worn them out so I personally haven’t washed them. They’re in great condition, they are same as when I tried them on at Aritzia, but my weight fluctuated so that’s why I’m letting them go.

@abby1234 added a pic. When I button them and lay flat/press down looks like 13.5” across. Note, these are high waisted on me. I don’t wear them low.
