Very Rare Antique Ridgway England Royal Semi Porcelain Muscatel Coffee Mug / Cup. From the 1800s. In excellent condition despite it's age. In a lovely blue and white grape pattern with gold rim and on handle. The Ridgway Family was a significant dynasty in the production of Staffordsford pottery from the 1790s to the late 20th Century. The Ridgeway Companies catered to the middle and upper classes. They produced a vast range of wares with many pieces transfer printed with elaborate designs, often in underglaze of cobalt blue.
